Zadaci is a modern and collaborative project management platform designed to help teams plan, manage, and execute tasks effectively. With features like projects, subtasks, team collaboration, workspaces, and planned GitHub integration, Zadaci aims to streamline your workflow.

To use Zadaci, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration & Google Sign-In

Account creation is required to access certain features. You may register using Google Sign-In. You authorize us to access your Google account’s basic information (name, email, and profile picture) solely for account creation and management.

5. Free, Premium, and Integrated Features

Zadaci offers both free and premium features. Premium features may require a valid payment method and subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing or feature availability with reasonable notice. We are also planning to introduce optional GitHub integration, allowing users to sync tasks with GitHub issues. This will require connecting your GitHub account via OAuth. Your GitHub data will be used only to improve your productivity and will not be shared.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely for personal or business productivity purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to use Zadaci responsibly and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or infringe on others' rights while using Zadaci.

All intellectual property related to Zadaci, including design, branding, and software, remains the property of Zadaci. You retain ownership of the content you create, such as tasks, projects, and workspace data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely to provide the platform's functionality.

We respect your privacy. Your personal and project-related data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Any third-party integration (e.g., Google or GitHub) will ask for your explicit consent before access.

You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or cause harm to the platform or other users. Upon termination, we may delete your data based on our retention policies.
